Board Member

Mr. Harrell is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A.) (With Distinction) and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law (J.D.) and served as an Editor of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law’s Black Law Journal. He has worked closely with financial institution clients for over twenty-five (25) years and has served as the partner in charge of the firm’s representation of business clients for over twenty (20) years. 

Mr. Harrell is active in his church and several community organizations in Richmond.

He is actively involved with the following professional associations:

He also is or has been involved with the following organizations:

  • Former Member, Board of Directors of the Greater Richmond Chapter of the American Red Cross;

  • Member of the 2016 Class of the Fellows of the Virginia Law Foundation.

In 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2021, Mr. Harrell was named to Virginia Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite” list.
