Because we are based here in Richmond, we understand the cares and concerns of donors, businesses, advisors, ministries, and the community we serve.

We also are well acquainted with the mission and ministry of the Christian nonprofits and ministries serving our neighbors. Our knowledge of donor services and local ministries allows us to facilitate the connection between your generous compassion and our community's needs.

Our focus is Metro Richmond; yet our clients, through their Giving Funds, give as well to regional, national and international organizations. Our objective as your local charitable partner is to assist you in accomplishing your giving goals in the simplest, yet most strategic way possible.

We're Gospel Centered

We believe giving a cup of cold water to thirsty people is good. This assistance provides for the general welfare and well being of the community. But, we also believe to give the same cup of water to quench the thirst and then to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with those being served is a better investment.

This latter belief is the reason we place an emphasis on Christian ministries over secular organizations. Through their Giving Funds, our donors are able to make grants to a wide range of charities and Christian ministries.

We encourage and raise awareness of those organizations that share our eternal perspective and values.

At Richmond Christian Foundation, we regularly screen our investment portfolios to ensure we are investing in companies that are a blessing to our nation and to our city. Similarly, we also work to ensure that your funds are not investing in companies that make products or provide financial support for abortion, euthanasia, pornography, human trafficking, addictive behaviors, or anti-family values.
